Account and profile information
Registration collects your email address, display name, confirmation that you are at least 18, and acceptance of the registration terms. WordPress stores your account information, password hash, account dates, and verification status. Optional profile information includes your biography, home community, other communities to follow, news interests, digest preference, and profile visibility preference.
We use this information to create and verify your account, support sign-in and password resets, save your preferences, and assist with account requests. Profiles are currently private; selecting a future visibility preference does not publish your profile. Saving a digest preference does not yet activate newsletter delivery.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress uses cookies to test browser cookie support and maintain your signed-in session. Your browser lets you remove or block cookies, but blocking sign-in cookies can prevent account access. The theme may also remember display preferences.
Website hosting and troubleshooting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error records to operate the site and investigate problems. Access to administrative tools is limited to authorized site administrators.
Service providers and network links
The portal uses InMotion hosting and email services to operate the website and deliver account messages. Administrators and service providers may process information as needed to provide these services. Links to other network properties and external websites take you to separate websites with their own settings and privacy notices.
Shared sign-in is under development and testing. When you choose a network sign-in connection, it may transmit account identifiers, including your username and email address, to the destination network website to identify your account. Google and Facebook sign-in have not been configured as part of this portal setup.
Retention and your choices
Your account and saved profile remain in the site database while your account is maintained. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, email us from your registered address. We may verify account ownership before responding. Some records may need to remain for security, backup, administrative, or legal purposes.
Adults only in this release
Registration is currently limited to adults age 18 and older. Supervised child accounts are not available in this release. Contact us if you believe a child has registered.
